Delivery and Installation
Installation:
While our pergolas come with easy-to-follow instructions for self-installation, you have the option to avail our add-on delivery and installation service performed by a professional third-party installer.
If you prefer professional installation, please contact us for a personalised quote based on your location and chosen product.
Please note that Cotswold Garden Shade does not conduct installations directly. We recommend a third-party installer with extensive experience in assembling our pergolas across England.
As of now, the standard installation fee within the specified circle is £750. Prices may vary based on location and the quantity of products being installed.
Installation Timeline:
Our third-party installer typically completes installations within 2/3 weeks. Contact us to check for available dates.
Installation Cancellations:
Installers reserve the right to cancel at short notice due to adverse weather conditions or other external factors. In such cases, the installer will promptly communicate to reschedule.
By agreeing to installation, you also agree to our Terms and Conditions available on our website's footer.
Customers are responsible for accurate site measurements, ensuring sufficient space for construction.
As part of the installation service, you consent to photography for our website and marketing. If you prefer not to have photos taken, please inform our team.
After installation, a sign-off sheet is provided. Ensure your product is fully completed and operational before signing, as additional charges may apply for subsequent work.
We do not currently install on balconies or penthouses unless there is adequate space for pergola construction.
For locations outside the specified circle, contact us for a tailored installation quote.
Delivery:
Orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days from our warehouse. Our current delivery company will text you with an approval date for delivery.
Delivery Charges and Locations:
- Free delivery to UK mainland addresses (excl. Scotland).
- Scottish addresses have a delivery fee of £250.
- Northern Ireland is not eligible for free delivery. Customers from Northern Ireland should arrange their transport, and Cotswold Garden Shade is not responsible for the goods' shipment.
We only deliver to the United Kingdom, and overseas shipping is not available.
Delivery on Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order items will be dispatched when in stock, and estimated delivery dates can be provided upon inquiry.
Important Notes:
- Check packages for damage, and photographic evidence must be sent through our contact us page.
- Retain original packaging for refunds and guarantees.
Quotations:
Installation quotes are based on information provided by the buyer, including installation area, location, and ease of access.
Quotations cover the base work of fitting the product. Any variations requested by the customer will be priced and agreed upon with the installer.
Third-Party Installation Terms and Conditions:
CGS has a recommended third-party installer. The installer will confirm feasibility and cost at the time of ordering. CGS is not liable for the third-party installer's work. On-the-day and post-installation queries should be directed to the installer.
Services and Waste:
- Provide power and sanitary conveniences for the installation team.
- The installation team will dispose of waste unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
