Guarantee  

We offer a one-month guarantee on all products. The guarantee starts on the date of purchase. Our guarantee covers manufacture defects upon delivery, if you receive a defect Cotswold Garden Shade will replace the selected part for the user to install. 

In the case of self-installation or general wear and tear, it will be the customer's responsibility to fix the part. 

Additional parts may be able to be purchased outside the one month guarantee period. However, it is the customer's responsibility to purchase and install these parts (if the parts are available). 

Replacements  

We often update our models in various ways. This could include colour, size or structural changes. Cotswold Garden Shade reserves the right to replace parts with similar products. 

 

Warranty Conditions 

The warranty period starts from the moment of purchase and only applies to regular domestic use. The original receipt serves as a warranty certificate. The warranty relates to construction and material defects that are already present on delivery.  Damage caused by improper or incompetent use, deterioration by aggressive substances, improper maintenance, repairs third party company's / workers, incorrect assembly, as well as influences due to the properties of natural material and damage due to the not following or not correctly following the user instructions are excluded from the warranty agreement. 

We also exclude: 

Defects due to normal wear and tears. 

Defects due to weather. 

Minor leaks in very wet seasons. 

Minor scratches to the aluminum.  

Cotswold Garden Shade is not liable to replace or repair any parts after the guarantee period has ended.
