Q: Is installation included in the price?

A: Installation is not included in our pricing; however, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll connect you with our recommended fitters.

Q: How much does shipping cost for larger or heavy products like pergolas?

A: We offer free shipping to England and Wales on larger, heavier, and more expensive products, including pergolas. Scotland and Northern Ireland are available for an additional fee.

Q: Which delivery company do you use, and can I request a specific delivery date?

A: Our pergolas are currently shipped with Proovia. If you have a preferred delivery date, please get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
