The Broadway Luxe Glass Room comes with a range of choices to make it an extension of your home. With rectangular aluminium posts, glass sides and polycarbonate roof you can shelter from the elements in style.

This lean-to glass veranda comes in a choice of colours, sizes and roof finishes as well as premium glass sliding doors. The eaves beam acts as a gutter to ensure the rainwater drains down through the legs.

COLOURS

POLYCARBONATE ROOF
- Opal - this is a semi-transparent option. The sheets have a milky white colour. With opal roofing, the light is not reduced but it gives it a diffusion, in addition it is more heat resistant as well as leaves, sand and dirt apearing less visible from inside
- Clear - this roofing is transparent, making it perfect if you want a lot of light to get through. Some customers feel the clear polycarbonate look is more luxurious than opaque sheets. Bear in mind that clear polycarbonate sheets are not very heat resistant and can fog from the inside
DELIVERY/INSTALLATION:
Our average delivery and install time is approximately 2-3 weeks. Ahead of this a site survey is required to ensure the area is suitable and you can also request bespoke fittings from the team such as LED lighting. The site survey costs £250 and is redeemable against the cost of the product.
